“Yuzu Rakuen” is an original cocktail made with natural yuzu liqueur, available sweet or dry to suit the mood. For a fragrant start, consider the “Genji Matcha Cocktail”, made with matcha from a tea farm in Uji; the menu describes it as sweet and refreshing. Other options include a lightly sparkling cocktail with cherry-blossom liqueur and a sweet-sour lemon sour made with plenty of lemon. Fruit and tea flavours offer a useful guide when choosing.

Some visitors, meanwhile, have come to BarTWO for its gin and tonics or whisky. One particularly enjoyed the gin and tonic, while another recalled receiving help choosing a whisky to suit their taste. Even without knowing much about whisky, there seems to be pleasure in sharing your preferences and choosing a drink together. Another visitor was shown the whisky collection.
